BloomInGo Flowers shoppers Return and Exchange policy

If for any reason you are not happy with our flowers, and wish to return them;


We are not happy if you are not happy too. it is important that this product brings you joy, if for any reason at the time of purchase or if you have received our flowers with in 30 days of purchase and not happy with our product for any reason, we will refund you the full purchase price at the time of the sale. 


We only ask you to answer us a few questions in order for us to improve our product in the future. 

We build on seeing you again, and again. 


  •  Unopened Products may be returned with the original or an electronic emailed sales receipt within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. 


  •  Opened Products that are like-new and in reusable condition may be returned with the original or an electronic emailed sales receipt within 10 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.  


  • Damaged Products such as water damaged, torn, broken, or scented Flowers will not be accepted for a full refund. 


  • Buy Back products is an option that we make available to help you, and for you to help us in our ReF/ower (reflower) program, and for a waste free beneficiary exchange. Please ask for more details if interested. 


*Please note that reusable returned flowers, and buy back products may be used in our Ref/ower (reflower) program.
